Custom Lot Tracking

In this project the client wanted on scanner confirmation and reporting of lot items scanned.

Operations Improvement US quickly designed, procured and integrated a custom system that:

1. Programmed the scanner with the ability to pick line and item type to be scanned from each bluetooth scanner
   
   
2. Provided on board text confirmation to the operator that the scan was received and saved
   
   
3. Inserted time stamped records into an existing database
   
   
4. Allowed any scanner to operate at any station
   
   
5. Backed up scanned data at local stations
   
   
6. Provides a browser based solution to retrieve records from anywhere in the facility
